Jeremy & Krista Wilkes Jeremy Wilkes is no stranger to Southern Gospel Music. He was born into a family with various musical talents. He grew up in the church where his granddaddy pastored and his mother was the church pianist. When Jeremy was still in diapers he would stand up in front and bang his guitar as if he were playing. He started singing at the age of 3 standing on the piano bench beside his mother. He has grown immensely over the years as a singer, songwriter and musician. Jeremy was saved in 2006 and has also been called to preach. God has truly blessed Jeremy with many different talents besides singing. He plays the piano, bass, drums, rhythm and lead guitar. Jeremy started with his first group, Glory Road at the age of 8 where he played bass guitar. He has been involved with several different groups including The Willing Vessels from Rome, GA, The Holbrook’s Family from Cedartown, GA and Hope’s Journey from Heflin, AL.Jeremy currently lives in Rockmart, Ga. where he works as a police officer for the Cedartown Police Department. He has been in Law Enforcement since 1999 and truly enjoys it. On January 7,2006 Jeremy was married to Kristina Hindmon. When they are not ministering at another church, Jeremy and his wife are active members at Victory Baptist where Bro. Barry Snapp is the pastor. They have two beautiful daughters Shelby Lynn & Sara Kate who they hope will follow in their footsteps and sing with them in the near future. Jeremy is amazed at how the Lord has blessed their ministry and is eager to see what God has in store for their group in the future. Please keep them in your prayers as they travel spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. God bless you!Kristina Hindmon Wilkes was born into a family rich in musical heritage and tradition who had a love for ministering to others through music. From a very young age it was apparent to everyone in her family that Krista was going to carry on this musical heritage and, if it be God’s will, pass it along to her children. Her family has seen her grow from a little girl who occasionally sang the wrong lyrics because she was too young to know the meaning of the words into a young woman who is obviously anointed by God to bring a message of Salvation and Hope to people through music. She has sung with her Mom and her Brother in Churches over the years and with the Youth Choir as a young woman. When she’s not on the road she enjoys singing in the choir at her home church, Victory Baptist in Rockmart, GA where Bro. Barry Snapp is pastor. She met and married her husband, Jeremy Wilkes, a very talented musician and singer, ten years ago and they have been working together in a ministry of music ever since. Krista and Jeremy were blessed with two beautiful girls. Shelby Lynn was born in August 2008 and Sara Kate born in January 2013. She is passing on her four-generation-long tradition of singing them to sleep with good ol’ Southern Gospel Music. “Jesus Loves Me” is their favorite! Finally, through God’s blessing and directions, Krista Wilkes is fulfilling her life-long dream of singing in a Gospel Ministry. Krista recently sang with the trio Hope's Journey from Heflin AL for a little over 3 years. After their second daughter was born in January 2013, she & Jeremy both decided to come off the road & enjoy some time at home with their girls. Little did they know that God had another plan. In just a couple months, churches were calling to book them to come and sing as a duet. So, in following God’s will they started traveling again. God has already blessed them tremendously in the few years they have been traveling and they are very excited to see what the Lord is going to do with their ministry in the future.
